Design Process
Designing your kitchen should be fun… not a sales pitch
Caro Design have developed a simple process to achieve tailored kitchen designs that you'll love.
From your first visit to our showroom through to the design experience and presentation of CAD drawings, we aim to impress. After we present our design, you will receive a no-obligation quotation that shows how we can supply you with a quality kitchen offering amazing value for money.
Showroom visit
On your first visit to our showroom you will be able to explore each of our displays; looking at the different door styles, finishes, worktops, sinks, taps and AEG appliances. At this stage you can book your free home visit with our team.
Site survey with designer
Our designer will visit you at home to conduct a consultation where they will measure your kitchen, get more of a sense of the style you are looking for, find out how you use your kitchen and advise on possible solutions. At this stage we will book you in for our presentation.
Initial design and quotation
Following their site visit and discussion about your requirements, our designer uses their expertise to create the kitchen plan and quotation back in our showroom.
Design and quote presented
Held in the presentation area at our showroom, we will run through your plan and quotation on our 40” screen. Sample doors and tops are readily available to give you a true insight in to how your kitchen will look.
Installer visit and confirmation
Once you are happy with everything, we will then need to do a home visit with your chosen installer. Following this visit we will make any final amendments and require a 25% deposit to secure the prices and confirm the order.
Order processing
We then place your order with all our necessary suppliers.
Kitchen delivered
Upon arrival, your kitchen will be stored in our specialist, dry and secure warehouse facility until we deliver to your home. The balance payment is due 7 days prior to delivery.
Project completion
Once fitted, your new kitchen is complete and has transformed the most important room in the home; it is there for you to enjoy.
